About

Josh Lamb is a Toronto-born choreographer, movement director, educator, and performer based in Los Angeles. With a foundation in contemporary, jazz, hip hop, ballet, and commercial dance, Josh has developed a movement language that blends athleticism, emotional storytelling, and human connection to create work that is both cinematic and deeply expressive. He is a frequent collaborator of Emmy Award-winning choreographer Ryan Heffington across film, television, and live performance projects.

Josh’s work spans film, television, music, fashion, and live performance. He recently served as Associate Choreographer and Movement Director on Netflix’s upcoming series The Body and has contributed to major productions including Season 3 of HBO’s Euphoria. His creative credits also include work with artists such as Chappell Roan, Harry Styles, Rosalía, Katy Perry, Tate McRae, and Jennifer Lopez, as well as campaigns and commercial projects for global brands including Apple, Louis Vuitton, and Primark.

As a performer, Josh has appeared in acclaimed productions including Wicked, the 96th Academy Awards alongside Ryan Gosling, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, and Netflix’s Glamorous.

Beyond his work in entertainment, Josh is an internationally sought-after educator known for creating emotionally driven, technically demanding work that bridges contemporary movement with the energy and accessibility of commercial dance. His creative process is rooted in storytelling, vulnerability, and the belief that movement can communicate what words often cannot.

Today, Josh continues to develop work across stage, screen, and live performance, bringing a distinctive creative voice to projects worldwide.
